Thanks to Lynsey75Williams for letting us now about this 5k Run.
Wednesday 9th May 2012 @7:30pm.
£1 entry. Just turn up, pay and run/jog/walk/crawl* the course (*delete as applicable)
All standards welcome, including children.

Well we completed the 5k tonight and found that not only was everyone very friendly and encouraging, but I actually really enjoyed it!!!
I will defiantly do this again and try and beat the time I posted today ;-)0
