So, I just recently upped my calories.
I went from netting 1200 to 1400 a day (from January through 2 weeks ago). One week ago, I took a week off of exercise to heal an injury and upped my calories to about 1700 hundred. This week, I upped to 2277 (using Fat2Fit, thus not messing with exercise calories) which has me netting around 1800 or 1900.
I went in to this knowing I would likely see an increase on the scale for awhile. I'm now seeing that increase. I understand (somewhat) the mechanics of this, so I'm not freaking out. But I am curious to see how long I could expect to see "gains" before I start to see losses again.

Took me exactly 4 weeks of ups and downs before the scale was consistantly trending down, but I have heard it could take up to 6 or longer...depending on how "damaged" your metabolism was.0

Yes everyone's body is different. Don't worry about the scale for 6wks...take measurements, lift heavy and do some cardio...be consistent with the food intake....and you will start to trend downwards.0
