If you come across some exercise or nutrition e-article or other (like in the Yahoo or Rogers news clips sites), why not share the news by posting the link in this thread? Putting in what you like about it is optional.

I'll start off with a Chatelaine Article from April 23, 2012

I especially like Point 1 - Find Your Exercise "zen"
-- the best exercise in the world, which gives you the highest benefits is .... whatever you do on a regular basis!! Doesn't matter what. If you enjoy it (whatever "it" is for you! :wink: ) you will tend to stick with it. If you are doing it "because you are supposed to", odds are you won't keep at it long term.
