It's amazing how stress can increase our cravings for foods we know are high in sugar, salt and fat. Knowing the truth does not always produce the right actions. It's okay, forgive yourself, if you are stressed and feeling comforted by foods you may not normally eat. Try to increase your physical activity which can help take the edge off some of your stress. The goal is 150 minutes of activity/week.
