following the Carbohydrate addict's diet
Breakfast: Baked egg omelet with sausage, tomtoes and sl. pepper jack chees

lunch: Salad with chicken and veggies 1 T. blue cheese dressing. tea 2 glasses

Dinner: 6 meat balls. 1/2 c potatoe salad. 2 cups of green beans..... banana pudding no wine cooler tea taste better to me.

    I did not filll this all out so will now
    Lunch ..... Salad with lettuce raw vegies and chicken , 1 T. blue cheese

    Dinner......... Friday is pizza night with a small salad.

    I have been up couple hours had breakfast and got my menu work out for today


    Good morning folks, i am up and had breakfast and done planned my food for today

    Breakfast............ baked omelet coffee


    Lunch....... Salad with chicken and blue cheese dressing, tea

    Dinner....... roasted chicken leg. Green beans, Salad, Tea,..... lemon SF pudding with nilla and cool whip Hope it taste like lemon pie.

    Caliecat, I have been fasting breakfast for a special unspoken need but when the fast ends, I will start posting what my meals too.

    I really had a bad day yesterday. I had a low blood sugar at lunch time and my salad did not help. when I have mone of these my crabss cravings really set in. Going to have to watch my insulin shots more closely. It is really hard adjusting to it. But back on my plan now.


    Here my plan today 4/29/2012

    Breakfast..... baked spinach omelet , coffee

    Lunch.... Salad with chicken strips ! T. Blue cheese.

    Dinner.... roasted chicken breast., `1/2 c sugar snap peas, 1/2 c green beans SF lemon pudding with 10 nilla wafers and 2 T. cool whip
    This is my reward meal as they called it.

    i had my WI in today but will wait till \Thurs to report it I was please with it.

    Been on the web slots machine. I love them games But they sure eat up your time

    This carbohygrate Addict diet is agreeing with me. i think i could live on it for i have not had any cravings except for Sat. when i had a low Blood Sugar

    B: 1/3 cup yoghurt with 4 walnuts and a tbsp of Chia seeds
    L: 1.25 ozs of cheese on 4 "cheddars" crackers
    D: Chicken stir fry with peppers & onion in a wrap

    S: 20g of 85% cocoa chocolate

    If I remember corectly your name is Phil. your Menu sound good. I am going to start on my yogurt next week. i have 3 more lemon pudding made up, left i decided yogurt and fruit is more healthy.

    I seen I have already posted. I did change my chicken in my salad to tuna fish. tho. oure i BETTER THROW IN A FEW FISH MEALS.

    Breakfast: 2 eggs fried in 1 tsp olive oil with a Tbs salsa, 1/4 c fat free cheddar cheese and 2 Tbs fat free sour cream. 1 cup green tea with sweet n low.

    Snack: 12 small pitted prunes, yoplait light peach yogurt and light strawberry yogurt

    I slept 3 hours today so lunch and supper will be together. A taco salad made with lean ground turkey, lettuce, tomato, salsa, fat free sour cream, fat free catalina dressing.

    I am trying to break my meals into 5 or 6 smaller meals a day. So here is today.
    B.......1/2 c shredded wheat, 1/2 c 1% milk 1/2 banana
    S...... glass of 1 % milk
    L...... one whole grain roll. with shaved chicken lettuce tomatoes
    S.....g lass 1% milk
    S.......1/2 c beans, 1/2 carrots, 1/2 c turnip greens
    BED time snack...... !/2 cu greek yogurt and fruit.
