Weight Release (Rather than Weight Loss)

I picked up a tip in a book I read and thought I would share it with all of you.
The author pointed out that when you lose something, that implies you find it again (or at least we hope so with most things). So instead of "losing" weight, we should really be releasing weight (so that we don't "find it" again). It is a different perspective and one that's not commonly out there, but I'm doing my best to shift my way of thinking!
Hope week 4 is going well for everyone!

Was that "No More Losers" by Linda Walker? It's a good book and she's really great as well.0

Thank you for that tip! The things we tell ourselves are so important.0

I love that idea -- I'd like to release my fat (especially the fat on my belly)0

It wasn't that book, but I'll have to check it out! It was Piece of Mind by Sandy MacGregor. My dad actually found the book long ago on a trip to Australia/New Zealand. The book is more about meditation and controlling your subconscious mind, but it talks about weight release as well :-)0
