If anyone 'REALLLLLY' wants to feel the burn - then you can also try fiting this small work out in to your day. it'll only take a few minutes but really will help build up your strength

I'm toying with doing her 6 week 6 pack and/or Yoga Meltdown after the 30 day Shred workout so that I get a 60 minute workout in. Most likely that would only be for level one, though. Her level 2 kicked my butt last time.0

Nice, it will be a struggle but I will try to add that into my workouts too. Side planks are so hard for me!!!0
