    razzarez I have been doing this for about three months..my goals weight is 130-140..My exercise routine I walk/run/jog on the treadmill for about 45-60 mins then jillian micheals M-F and weekends play basketball kickball something with my sister.I was at 170 for three weeks then I upped my calories about 2 weeks and now I went from 170 to 168 and went from 34 waist to 33
