Coconut oil?

I have read so much on coconut helping. Anyone have the oil daily? Or pills? Has it helped you?

    In my house we replaced all cooking oils with coconut oil. Not sure if it helped by itself.. we changed a lot of things and that was one of them.

    Hi! I've just discovered coconut oil and butters and it's helped me immensely! I weighed myself yesterday and although I didn't lose anything on the scales I lost a whopping 4.5inches off my waistline in a week!
    I really believe it has helped boost my thyroid up 100% because I'm actually going through a naturopath to monitor my levels and use herbs instead of meds so to have this type of result in less than two weeks since I began eating and cooking with it, I can't deny it's thyroid boosting properties.
    What I love about it is it's NATURAL!
    I've just bought yummo coconut butters which I eat everyday, chocolate, cashew and vanilla, from www.cocopure.com.au. Not sure if you can buy them from where you are but something might be similar.

    I've been using coconut for about a month and a half. I know that it has made a difference for me. I take it twice a day in my coffee and can feel the difference if I don't. It is a wonderful oil to cook with as well. My weight is slowing coming off now and I have more energy.
