What workout dvd's are you all using

I work out at home because I have not decided if I want to join a gym again. I am interested in what specific workout dvd's are you all using? (especially those that are heavy lifting) or do you have your own "workout plan"

I currently work out to Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones but I have others including (JM- Yoga Meltdown, Taebo-have several, and several others....

    I use Jackie Warner Xtreme Training, p90X, JM 30DS, Billy Blanks taebo (for cardio).
    Right now my preference is the Jackie Warner..quick workout and I am seeing results in my arms pretty quickly.

    Awesome I have Jackie Warner too. I try to switch my workouts up so I wont get bored.. Will probably workout to Jackie in just a few :)

    I use Chalene Johnson's Chalean Extreme it is a strength training/cardio program.

    I mix it up with different JM workouts--No more trouble zones, banish fat boost metabolism, 6 week 6 pack, kickboxing fast fix, and shred it with weights.

    I LOVE working out at home. My favorite is Turbo Fire, but that is more HIIT Cardio with a mix of resistance training. I have done p90x, chalean extreme, JM 30 day shred, and most recently I am doing JM Killer Butt and Thighs.

    I need to add more strength training for sure and am going to look more into the JM videos.....

    I am mixing up several BeachBody products. I am doing ChaLean Extreme for my weight training and alternate between TurboJam and TurboFire depending on how peppy I feel. (I am still about 270 pounds, so, as that number goes down, I will probably switch more to TurboFire and away from TurboJam). According to my bodyfat scale and some calculations, I have lost about 5 pounds total in the past 1.5 months, but I have put on about 8 pounds of muscle in the same time-period. (I know, the body-fat scale is not highly accurate, but it's what I've got.) My body has definitely been changing!

    I'm halfway through the Jillian Michael's Body Revolution! Once I'm done with it, I'm moving on to ChaLean Extreme / Turbo Fire!

    me too. I love Chalene's attitude and encouragement. I also tried Turbo fire, but it's a bit too much for me right now.

    I've been doing Insanity (about a week left). After I'm done, I'm going to do another round but add in PUMP and do a hybrid :)

    I just started doing a Bob Harper kettlebell routine. It's a beginner so I'm in the market for a new more advanced kettlebell DVD. Love the cardio+weight aspect! :) I think I want to try the Insanity or P90X after this.

    I have jm ripped in 30. Love it. I have p90x but it has sat on my shelf for a year.
