Stages 1 & 2 = 5 inches lost!

Hey all!
I just thought I would post a brief update. I am just starting Stage 3 and did my end of the month measurements. Since starting this program, I have lost 5 inches total!!
During this time, I have hovered between the same 2-3# weight.
Here's to hoping that this continues!~!

So great!!! measurements are key with this program. wish I had taken them to try to quantify the changes.0
