Motivation. I need it.

For the past three weeks I have been at 266lbs. My weight doesn't go up or down, it just stays the same. Pre work out, post work out, in clothes, in my underwear.

I bumped up my cardio to 40min 6x a week and I'm fluctuation my strength training between 35-50 min. I've been eating back my exercise cals, like always. Maybe I need to bump my starting cals from 1500 to 1700, or maybe bump it down? I don't know.

I leave Monday for Alaska. 9 days on the road but I'll update when I can.
