So last week I was up to 192 and this week down to 189. It just needs to keep going in that direction!!! How is everyone else doing????
Ugh! Sorry guys I really got into cleaning today and totally forgot it was a weigh in day! I will weigh in tomorrow!!! I am so sorry!!! I don't think I lost anything being TOM is here. You all are doing great and I will be totally jealous!!!! Tuesday- I was right up 2lbs..... enough said!
June 4th 188 Let's hope it gets moving!!! I am riding my bike so much now. And I see my body changing but not the scale. Frustrating. And after this birthday dinner I will be doing a strict veg and protein meal plan!!! How are you guys doing?

I'm down to 149 today. Surprised that I was able to lose despite the high sodium on Saturday... I'm not complaining. Down 2 pounds from last week. I exceeded my original goal of 150. 4 pounds to my current goal weight of 145 : ).
Today I'm at 151 (up a pound from yesterday, but down from last week - so I'll take it). Starting weight on 2/1/12 was 176, current goal weight 145. Feeling great : ). Going to need some new swimsuits.
This week has gone by so fast! I am not ready for a weigh in tomorrow..... or for the week I am about to face. :)
