Today I'm at 151 (up a pound from yesterday, but down from last week - so I'll take it).
Starting weight on 2/1/12 was 176, current goal weight 145. Feeling great : ). Going to
need some new swimsuits.

Well yesterday I weighed in at 153.6 ... Which is down from 154.2 last week. I ate more than usual yesterday and today I am weighing in at 156?!?!?!!? Please tell me that is freakin sodium doing this?!?
Ugh but none the less...

Weight gain: 1.80 -

Down 1 pound in 2 weeks wish it was more oh well will keep plugging along

As I expected.... holding steady! But feeling great! I will be seeing a change soon, I will be working 6 days a week!

I've lost 9lbs so far, and my goal is 10 before Memorial Day! I think I'm going to do it! One thing is I've been taking longer walks with the dog and doing some light weights. I keep forgetting to update this every week, but I'm totally thinking about everyone doing this. Best of luck on your individual challenges! I'm proud of each and every one of you!0

Wow, can't believe it is Monday already..... lots of working lately! Just had time to hop on the scale. Went better then expected. I habe been working so much lately really haaven't hadtime to do alot of exercising! Well time to get to it.My startin in at g weignt was 237, I weighed at 194.6 last week and I am weighing in at 191.8 this week, almost 3 pounds down, don' t know how it keeps coming off but I will take it!!! Nice work everyone, keep up all the great work!!0
