I lost a total of 13.5 lbs for this challenge. My original goal was to weigh 156 but I am very glad to report that I exceeded my expectation. Only 4 more pounds until I reach a heathy BMI. Thanks for the challenge guys, it really helped my accountability !

I lost a total of 24 pounds. I originally wanted to be down to 175. Still have a long way to go but I loved the challenge!! Everyone is awesome. I didn't meet my goal, but I am alot closer, thanks to this wonderful group. Best of luck to everyone.0 -

Starting weight on 2/1/2012 = 176
Beginning of this Challenge 4/2/12 = 156
Current weight 5/28/12 = 147
Down 9 pounds for this challenge... 29 pounds overall.
In healthy BMI (surpassed my original weight loss goal of 150).
Current goal weight is 139 (considered ideal weight for my height of 5 ft 6 inches)
Not in a huge rush to get there... Changed my calorie deficit to lose 1/2 pound per week...
Will keep eating with a purpose and working my body - trying to tone my abdomen.

Ok, I know I've been MIA, but my weight has been so all over the place that I couldn't bear to post it. I changed my profile picture to share my tale of woe! On Fridays I was at my lowest (134 at one point!!!), and then Monday morning up again. It does help to look at the chart, because it's proof that although I'm not losing big chunks of weight anymore, I am making progress. Congratulations to all of you! And perhaps a July 4th challenge?
