Too soon??

I was on a 3 week plateau eating 1600-1700 calories, yesterday I upped them by 250 and I am down 1 lb this morning. Broke into a new number that I haven't seen yet. I was so freaking excited! But I'm wondering, do you think it is too soon for the effects of upping my calories or do you think that's what did the trick!

Your body is happy with you!
But bolster yourself for a gain. Your body will start holding onto water and it may stick for a couple weeks, but then you will see that loss again....and then some!

I was fully prepared for a gain this morning so that was a nice surprise!
I will try not to freak out too much when the scale goes up.0
