should I start nrolfw?

I just ordered the book and am very excited about getting started. My concern is that I have committed to boot camp for 3 days a week for the next 3 months and training for a 15k in July which requires me to run 3 days per week. One of those days is usually just 2 miles so I feel like I could lift that day. I'm not sure where I would fit in the other day of lifting. Should I start lifting one day to practice the excercises and then really start in 3 months? Those that have done the program, help!

That's fine. The actual reading of the book will help you more than anything. The exercises can be done like you said, incorporated as you can. Then when you're ready, you can dive into the program. I, personally, have never done the program, yet I constantly recommend the book, because the info alone is worth the purchase, or library rental, lol...

    You'll enjoy the read, I'm sure ;)
