Cardio 1

Sorry if this has been discussed before but I am at the end of my first week. I had my rest day yesterday instead of today so did cardio 1 for the second time today. The first time I did it, I didn't find it too bad at all..today...I found it a lot more challenging. Before this I was doing turbofire so basically cardio cardio cardio....I'm not sure whether I just worked harder this time or whether my endurance has drastically reduced in one week. A) do you think this is anything to worry about and do you feel you have had a better workout at a certain time of the day or dependant on what you have eaten?

I wouldn't worry about it. Some days I have a ton of energy and add an extra workout, other days I can barely make it through. It may be diet or sleep. Sometimes if I have alcohol or don't sleep well, It is difficult for me to get through my morning workout. the next day. Stick with it! Good luck!0
