Does anybody know of any youtube videos, etc., that show some of the good lifting exercises in good form? I mean, I can just go search videos, but I wouldn't know good form if it bit me.

    How'd I miss this? Sorry!

Ok- so for compound stuff I usually go to Rippetoe for form- the only thing I'm kindof hmm about is his advice on knee flexing in squats- but who am I to argue, eh?

The Stronglifts 5x5 program I do has some good videos/instruction as well. Try to ignore the YO BROSEF language and look at the moves and tips. Scroll down and the tips are on the left.

Most of what I watch are from powerlifters and occasionally some olympic lifts- but since I'm doing a 5x5 powerlifting program- doesn't make too much sense for me to seek out more bodybuilding-focused workouts. I hope some folks chime in with their faves.

Bodybuilding.com has a good database- just ignore the metric TON of ads for supplements that we'll probably never need.

    Hope that helps!
