Saturday and did week 1, day 2, level 3 ~ 81
Sunday and did week 1, day 3, level 3 ~ 87
today's suppose to be week 2, day 1 with 94 coming up.. wish me luck!0 -

Wow, that's a LOT harder than I thought!
AM: Week 3 Day 1 Level 3, Total Reps 69 (First 3 sets & too tired to continue.)
PM: Week 3 Day 1 Level 3, Total Reps 120 (Restarted from the beginning, as I didn't know if it would be "cheating" to continue from where I left off this morning.)
Total Situps for the day: 189 -- definitely a new record for me!
I also started the 100 Pushups challenge and did 80 pushups! A new record as well :-) But I think I'll move the pushups to Tues/Thurs/Sat because it's too tiring to do all at once!0 -

My initial test was 112 situps, so I'm starting here on week 3. I'll do day 1 tomorrow, as I did ab workout yesterday, and uppers and lowers today, so back on abs tomorrow.0

Well done to everyone who has done their sit-ups yesterday and today. I am sure your abs are sore and you thought about quitting at one point but keep at it! We are so gonna rock these sit-ups and have amazing abs! 200 sit-ups are in view, keep focused

Day 2: Done! 165 situps. 200 situps broken up with minute long rests between sets is totally in sight and then after 3-6weeks we will all be rocking 200 consecutive situps!0
