W3D2L2-151 total sit ups. I am using the app, thought I was on level 3, bit noticed today it said level 2. Also, I noticed the app was giving me 90 secs rest in between sets. Hmmm.0

Wow. My abs are really hurting today lol. I thought I wouldn't need this rest but I'm glad I've got it hahah!

That's odd! You can reset your initial test and do it again if you want to get a more accurate reading?!0 -

Skilyn- day one done last night did a total of 140. And did my test the day before so my abs are shredded right now OUCH!!!0

I got caught up with some family stuff, so I'm starting Day 1 today. Friday I'll do Day 2, and then Day 3 this weekend.0

Ugh...Week 3, Day 2, Level 3 - 154 Sit-ups completed!
Also did Wk. 3, Day 2, Level 3 - 100 Push-ups as part if that challenge!
I really DO need to move that onto alternating days!

Just finished 152 sit-ups. First set nearly killed me, but once I warmed up it was fine. Very excited about finishing the 3rd week soon!

Painful... :sad: But happy to say that I've done 154! I kind of wondered in the last set if I would be able to do the minimum.. but I did!

Hi, I am Kathy. Monday 44 situps, Wednesday I pushed a little harder and did them before my normal exercises and made it to 60. I have yet to download the app. I am trying to keep up until them.0
