W4L2D3 done ! It's definitely getting easier... well it's definitely getting harder, but doesn't feel as hard as to begin with if that makes sense! Although my neck was really hurting today, is anyone else's? I'm pretty sure I'm doing it how your meant to without putting as much strain on your neck, but it's not working!0

Took my exhaustion test for the end of week 4. 80 in a row:) that's 30 better than my initial test.0

W4L2D3 done ! It's definitely getting easier... well it's definitely getting harder, but doesn't feel as hard as to begin with if that makes sense! Although my neck was really hurting today, is anyone else's? I'm pretty sure I'm doing it how your meant to without putting as much strain on your neck, but it's not working!
Keep looking to the ceiling and hold your hands behind your neck to "support" not to push your neck up, if you are feeling tempted to push your neck up then stop, you will injure yourself and then you will never want to do crunches again :sad:
if that doesn't work try not using your hands to get a feel of what your neck should be doing while doing crunches.
