what are you guys doing for workouts?

im using a turbojam/hip hop abs hybrid

    i am using my elliptical trainer and ill be swimming this week.

    I joined a local gym for just $20 a month. It offers classes and also has cardio/weight machines. I usually do a class (either a boot camp, inner strength, yoga/pilates, or muscle pump), and then I do 30 min of cardio - either walking, jacob's ladder, or sprints. I had a trainer tell me that when you work out you should always do muscle conditioning (ie, weights) first and then do 20+ min of cardio afterwards. The weights help your body burn the lactic acid first and then the cardio allows your body to access the fat and burns it up!!! I'm willing to try anything!
