I'm down another pound this week - teetering on 2... But, I'll record the one.
Scale reads between 152 and 153 today. Starting weight was 176 on 2/1/12.
Revised goal weight 145 (or when belly flab disappears).

Bleh, still the same. However, with the crazy week I had and all the delicious food in the house due to the crazy week, perhaps I'll count it as a victory? NSV, however, size 8 jeans

THE SAME!!!! UGH!!!! My arms are changing though. the biceps are getting definition, but the triceps are still waving long after I stop moving my arm....
4 more weigh ins until our final!!! I will start my new job soon and that is total movement all day! I better see some results then!!!

Been a crazy few weeks here!!! It looks like everyone is doing really great this week. Keep up all the great work and remember it is not hard work but a change in life style.

Almost 4 pounds lost this week!!!! Can't figure how I don't change anything from week to week for the most part, last week nothing this week lost almost 4 pounds!!!! I will take it, but I still don't understand how that works. Any ideas?? Well keep it up everyone!!!! Your all doing great!!!!0 -
Still the same here too . I got about 8 more pounds to go! Hoping i can reach my Memorial Day goal! I'm going to NY that weekend to see my husband's family! Let's get it!0

I got to 252 this week! So happy! Now shooting for 251 next Monday!!!! I would love to be in the 240's by the end of the challenge!0
