    I realized today that Monday is my most difficult day of the week. It is a long work day with multiple challenges. I discovered that I need to have something really easy and healthy to prepare when I get home on Mondays. Have I mentioned that I hate to cook? I'm also not very good cook. Otherwise I will order junk food take out, like the pepperoni pizza I had tonight. Thankfully I had many calories left for the day and I went to the gym tonight and walked up a mountain on the treadmill.

    Anyone else have regular challenging food days?

    My challenging food dayssss are the weekend. We eat out a little more on the weekends and I have a hard time picking the salad or grilled chicken with veggies sometimes. Most often I want to order french fries but I try and make healthy choices

    Sarita!!! Use a crockpot girlfriend!! My husband is not a very good cook and he HAD to start helping me when I went back to school by making dinner a couple days a week. He finds a recipe and throws all of the ingredients in the crock pot and leaves for work and when we get home it's all ready! AND slow cooking is so flavorful. I told him he is awesome with the crockpot. It is so easy!

    I should try that more. When I get busy over the weekend and don't prepare for the week I am just asking for trouble.
