sorry for the late post didn't realize i won so this week is something i have changed last week and lost a bunch of weight low carbs i still have to have some because of my workouts but i cut them in half and have seen great results so lowest carbs win at the end of your day post total carbs and at the end of the week lowest number wins again sorry for the late post

We eat a lot of fruit and veggies during the day, as well as whole grain toast in the morning, and there is usually a complex carb in the evening with dinner. However, oddly enough we are low on fat content, so a shift in calories is in the works.0 -
