Hi everyone! I wasn't able to start an Insanity group because of a glitch with MFP, but in the meantime, someone else did! It's here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/5229-insanity-4-30-start
I just joined, and hopefully you will, too! It will be nice to have someone else running the group this time, but I will definitely be posting there plenty.
It's starting with the Fit Test today. I was planning to start tomorrow (May 1), but I guess it makes more sense to start on a Monday, so my rest days fall on Sundays. The first day (Fit Test) is only about the same length as 30DS, I think.
