Easing back in to Yeast Control eating

After a couple of bad weeks, I am easing back into my optimum style of eating.
The next two weeks are my phase-in plan, which includes the following general meal plan:
Breakfast: Nonfat plain organic yogurt with 1 serving berries
Snack: Healthy trail mix: raw nuts and pepitas with cinnamon, cayenne, and salt
Lunch: Raw salad with lemon and olive oil, 1 serving protein (usually fish)
Snack: hummus and raw vegetables
Dinner: Steamed vegetable with olive oil, 1-2 servings protein
The next 2 weeks I will also be weaning off of caffeine; by week 3 I hope to be off caffeine completely again. Did it for 10 days, felt amazing!
My big focus is to step away from all added sugars, keep my fruit and dairy consumption down to 1 serving per day, and completely eschew alcohol and chocolate.
I am choosing this phase-in approach, because I don't want to trigger emotional overeating due to feeling deprived (a big issue for me).
I also plan to exercise 5 days this week; hopefully next week as well.
I am sharing this in the group in hopes of garnering some motivation from the peanut gallery, so your encouragement is much appreciated.

Sounds like a great plan freedski1, the only thing I would change for my own plan is that I would only have 1 tablespoon or 2 at most of the yoghurt with the berries.. and I allow myself a little caffeine per day, usually 1 to 2 cups toasted green tea and/or a little dark chocolate at most... Otherwise sounds great! Best of luck on your plan! I agree with you about alcohol but I still tend to have a little here and there anyway. You inspire me!
Agree also with the emotional issue due to being deprived. I've always called that: "feast or famine" because there were times that I would eat while the food was plentiful and not be sure when it would be again. I suppose it's very Paleo now in a way, but I feel it gave me some issues of being able to stop when the food is plentiful. I'm getting better at that, especially since the food is now plentiful and pretty much whatever I want all the time.
