First off, I can't believe that we only have two more weeks left! We are pumping and shredding those pounds and inches off! Les Mills is awesome!

So, let's add in an extra "kick" for the last two weeks: A Challenge Within the Challenge!! Are you game? Message me if you have an idea for a challenge for the last week!

So, if you're in, let's challenge ourselves to a 30-60-90-120 cardio workout this week! (last day to qualify will be Monday before midnight)

How it works: cardio.jpg
In addition to at least two weight training days, everyone will commit to four days of cardio, with 30-60-90-120 minute workout. No splitting the 30 and 60, but the 90 and 120 can be split into an AM & PM workout if needed. And, the 120 can include weight training. But they Must be on the same day!
Are you ready to get heart healthier this week? Who's gonna join me, and keep me on my toes? cardio_workouts.jpg

Let's check in here to post what cardio workout we did, and how long it was! Be here, or be square!

That is too much of a commitment for me this week. I'm heading to camp on Friday and won't be back until Sunday. But I'll be there in spirit as I chop and stack more wood. Good luck to everyone who goes for it!

I've done the 2 hour workout at the gym before a few times. The big trick is to bring a half of a PB&J sandwich and take a 5 minute break after your first hour. It'll give that little extra burst of energy to get you through the second half of the workout.

    And, drink LOTS of water.

We will miss you, but happy camping, and thanks for the tips!!!

OK, today I completed the 60 in 30-60-90-120! Kathy Smith's Functionally Fit Fat Burning Workout was a great choice to extend. I like that it consists of 2 minute interval bursts, with recovery. So, when I go to the end, I skipped the cool down and went back to the beginning! Check out my HRM!
