so things are moving in the right direction,.

How was your week fellow challengers?

this weeks goal is to eat that oatmeal every morning ok 6 out of 7 days, then i'm having some eggs and toast on sunday.
going to try to up my water intake by at least one glass (should make it a total of 9 for the day)
and i'm back at the 30 day shred starting today. It's my second go around. it's a good one to sweat that's for sure.
also i would like to throw in a couple days of zumba.
wow i'm tired just thinking about it. Do i look thinner yet, lol....

    I'm down 2 pounds and loving it!! My goals this week are to continue to watch my intake and burn over 1000 calories at least two days. This weekend I am going to a womens retreat for church so keeping track of my intake will be key!
