I saw some of the threads were a couple months old. Anyone still doing it? How are your results? Today is my first day. I was surprised at my shaking arms at the end of the workout. I'm glad I picked heavier than my comfort zone weights. Day one diet and I'm hungry!! lol. I think its manily mental.. as well as me being a carb and cardio-holic, its a adjustment. Got my meals all prepared and ready to eat for the week.. Hoping to FINALLY reach my fitness goals.

    How is it going for you? Sticking with the program? I started 2 days ago. This is my second time doing it I loved it so much the first time! Don't go too heavy with your weights, you can increase them when it gets to easy, but you don't want to overdo it! How is the diet working for you?
