Day 1

Just started the program today, beginning with the kickstart week, meals and all. Both workouts for the day are done, and since I've been doing JM's DVDs for a while now, Workout 1 was pretty easy. I think once I get out of the Kickstart week with 2 workouts a day, I'll push a little harder and add some of the jumps to the squats or weights to make things a bit harder. Cardio 1 isn't bad either, though it felt like my HR was adjusting as the circuits repeated. But, since I hate cardio it was relatively low-key and I like that.
As far as food goes, I feel a little hungry, but I think it'll get better as the week goes on. Her menu plan is very low-carb (none except those that naturally are there veggies and such) and that is gonna be rough this week. I made a big batch of the vegetable soup though, and its pretty tasty and there is plenty in a serving. I love fish already, so thats easy, and maybe (as a non-red meat eater) if I get hungy enough later this week I may even eat a small steak.
My poor hubby is being a trooper so far, even though he came home with Wendy's for lunch and then took me to the mall where I could smell and see all kinds of food.....I quit soda today too, so I'm a bit of a bear to put up with. Staying off my scale this week too will be a bit of a challenge because I've been a daily-weigher since I started last year. Excited to see what I'll see at the end of the week!
Anyone else start today: How did it go for you?

I too started two days ago!! (Monday)
I was going to do the Kickstart, but decided against it..
I have a pretty busy schedule so 30 mins in the Evening was all I could fit in right now.. I have a hard time sleeping as it is and a 7am Work Start so the Early Morning was something I didn't want to do right now..
My goal right now is to stick with this program! This in itself will be a big milestone for me.. to stick with this plan.
Another thing I am not doing is following the Meal Plan to a T. But all my food choices are smart and healthy! I make sure of it.
Here's to day 3!! We Can Do This!0
