WEEK ONE HAS COME TO AN END

Hey everyone, week one has come to an end. I had a rough start but am happy to say that I am back on track. I gained 4 pounds but because of celebrating. Now that all of that is behind me can regain my focus and make the most out of the next five weeks. I stocked up on ATkins meal replacement bars and snack for when I don't feel lik cooking and am hungry I can grab a quick snack. I have also made a menu for the week and will do my very best to follow it. How did everyone else do??

    Same kinda week for me. I am off tomorrow and going to cook my meals for the rest of the week to get back on track!

    new week.... starting over again... I haven't been able to workout b/c I hurt my back but going to start out slow by walking...

    I too am starting over, we had a mini vacation over the weekend and eating out I runied it :( doing much better this week!!

    clocked my lowest weight for years (if not decades) at 170.2 pounds :-)
