I see lots of posts here and on FB saying "does anyone have......" naming a symptom. Invariably a few people come back and say "I do"!

There are obvious symptoms of hypo/hashi like inability to lose weight, low body temp, cold hands/feet, etc.. but there are a ton of symptoms that are attibuted to thyroid dysfunction that you might not even realize are caused by thyroid. Then there's adrenal fatigue and other hormonal changes as well. This can all be tested and fixed - perhaps even fixed naturally without toxic drugs. You have to be an advocate for yourself and tell the doctor what you want - and to do that you have to be educated... he probably isn't smarter than you!!

Here's a list -- see if you recognize yourself in there: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/long-and-pathetic/

I agree! And keep going to the Dr. if you can a few times a year. The dosages need to be adjusted all the time. So, if you have been on the same does of something for a long time and don't feel well you need things changes. It is just body maintenance if we can do it for our cars we can do it for ourselves.
