Brand new to running - I am going to start to running using the C25K App. I did day one today. My favorite prat of the app is that you can see your stats. Cannot wait to see improvements 
Best part of todays run - as I complete a jogging section and begin to walk an elderly man on the path says pick it up girl, if I can do it you can do it - he was joking, but it made me smile.
