What do I do for my first workout?!

Hello everyone, I've read NROLFW and skimmed over some parts multiple times but I want to make sure that I am doing the workouts right before I begin them.
For Workout A I do: squats, pushups, seated rows, step ups and prone jackknifes?
and Workout B I do: deadlifts, dumbbell shoulder press, wide-grip lat pull down, lunges, and swiss-ball crunch?

This might be the most obvious question, but I just want to make sure I do this right! Thanks!

    Yes that is correct. Remember to do alternating sets.

    You got it! I was super confused when I started as I never seen a lifting or any type of workout log before. For workout A you do all squat sets and then alternate between the next two-finish all sets on those and move to the next two. For workout B you start with all sets of deadlifts and so on.
