My basic goal is to burn more in May than April.
April 29 ~ 173 calories
April 30 ~ 381 calories
May 1 ~ 282 calories

I closed April with a total of 13,513 calories burned so my goal for May will be 15,000
I burned 213 calories May 10 -
Thanks for the new thread Becky. I was already thinking about changing my goal so here it is.
For this month, I want to burn at least 40,000 calories. That is an average of 10,000 per week.
My goal for the year is now 350,000 which will be tough, so I will need to .sure I get that 40,000 per month.
Good luck to all of you, keep working hard and remember we are doing this to be healthy.
