As always... here is a new thread for the year - to Track that Burn!!

How many calories WILL you burn for the month of May?!? How about everyone start this May with a goal... for the month. Make it one that is going to PUSH you just a little more... and help you get ready for the summer?!?

    I closed April with a total of 13,513 calories burned so my goal for May will be 15,000

    Thanks for the new thread Becky. I was already thinking about changing my goal so here it is.
    For this month, I want to burn at least 40,000 calories. That is an average of 10,000 per week.
    My goal for the year is now 350,000 which will be tough, so I will need to .sure I get that 40,000 per month.
    Good luck to all of you, keep working hard and remember we are doing this to be healthy.
