I went to see the doctor and he said I had a vasovagel reaction to pain in my knee. There is not much he can do, it is a ruptured bursa, but I need to listen to my body. I thought I was a wuss and had a low pain tolerance, but I guess not. I am back at it and will not try to work through the pain like I did. It will be hit and miss with my workouts from now on until this thing settles down. Thanks for asking. Carla0 -
