Help Determining Activity Level

Hello, I'm new to eating more and, like others, I'm a little surprised by how much that calculation says I should eat every day. Can someone please help me figure out my level of activity? I walk five days a week for 30 minutes at 3.5 mph and do a strength training video with weights for 20-30 minutes three days a week. I have a desk job so I'm pretty much sedentary the rest of the work week but most weekends I spend at least one day doing anywhere from two to six hours of continuous physical activity (gardening, walking, cleaning, golfing, etc). I'm not sure if that's light or moderate activity. Thank you!
