Well losing it for me isn't the problem. I eat clean trying to stay around 1200 calories most days and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Some times I do great, some times not so much. Keeping it off is a completely different story and I have been on this journey for about 5 years and haven't been able to keep it all off0
