Hi Everyone..
I am new to Clean Eating but would like to start adding it into my everyday life.
I live near a Whole Foods and Wanted to make a list of some good items to pick up.
What are your Favorite Clean or Organic Foods?!
I enjoy Organic Fruits & Veggies!!!

When I go to the grocery store and haven't a clue for meal ideas... I use three food types to help me come up with creative ideas on the spot:
Focus on picking up a two or three different types of:
1. Grains (Rice, Quinoa, Millet, Oats or even a Whole Grain wrap)
2. Veggies
3. Proteins (Animal and Plant based - Beans, Tofu)
If you pick up two or three of each of those types, you should be able to create very healthy/clean meals on the spot that will last your through the week.0
