Anyone else feel silly running outside....?

For example - the other day when I was running with my dog, we had to run past some guys working on some landscaping in our neighborhood. I was so worried what they were thinking about me because I was running, then walking, then running, then walking.... I felt SO stupid. I'm not sure why I care, but this really bothered me. Am I the only one?
