Everyone's Progress
I don't know about anyone else, but I have not been running, or going to the gym for that matter. It has been a rough few weeks for me. Has anyone else gotten off track and need to start over? Is anyone killing it? What is everyone's progress status?

April 24 - Week 1 Day 1 - How did everyone do
For those that started C25K today how did you do. I didn't do well. I didn't run for all 60 seconds at a time. Heres to hoping tomorrow will be a better day.
