    Cardio: lots of minutes (unknown amount of dancing around a campfire on Saturday, love it!)
    Strength: 120 or so minutes

    Cardio: 320 minutes - it helped running for over 2 hours on Sunday :)
    Strength: 50 minutes

    It was a good week for cardio :)

    Strength: 60 minutes (I consider a full hour of Pilates to be mostly strength. cardio elements, but lots of strength)

    I got way more cardio and strength than this but I didn't feel like totaling it :p
