Bad fibro day today

Wow, today is a bad day. The weather is great, but very humid with possible thunderstorms all day. This humidity kills my fibro. Tough day...rant over.

    Same here. The heat is already starting to get to me, too. Being a northerner in Virginia is tough on me.

    I'm glad you created a place to just say how hard this can sometimes be. I just got through two weeks of being in a flare which had me in a lot of PAIN. So glad it's becoming history but it's nice to know that someone understands because they been there...
