Need Help Determining Exercise Value

I am new to this group and I increased my calories about 2 weeks ago but I keep second guessing myself and keep reading the forums to make sure I am at the correct cut value.

I am 42, 163 lbs, 5'7". I work out 5 days a week and according to my heart rate monitor I burn approximately 2200 calories a week on average. When I look at the activity levels I can't determine if I am moderately active or lightly active. Can some help?

I used fitnessfrog and determined that my BMR is 1475. I am just unsure of the TDEE because of my activity level. It is either 2028 for light or 2287 for moderate. What are your thoughts based on how much my heart rate monitor is telling me?

    I would go moderate. You are burning an average of 440 calories an exercise. And you work out 5 days.
