Hi I have my diary open and have filled it out for today with what I plan on eating and my exercise. I have not put in snacks yet. Can people with more experience please comment on what sort of snacks I should have.Or if I need to remove and replace anything for today..
I have trail mix [nuts, seeds and dried fruit] It is a Woolworths snack pot one.....
fruit I have here are......lady finger bananas, mandarins, pears, pink lady apples, red grapes, and watermelon.
I have crackerbreads, peanut butter, yoghurt -low fat activ digestion ones, carrot sticks and fresh cut beans.
I am really struggling to get my head around eating MORE  to lose weight.
Thanks

Don't know you're stats but I'd say you have adequate protein & fats so it really is up to you. Eat whatever you want. The remaining cals could be C/For P. That is pretty low carb so if you like that then stick with it. Otherwise, eat some more0

Hi, you have planned out a very healthy day. I'm no expert, but maybe for your snacks another piece of fruit, or a biscuit. Maybe whatever you are craving for, to fill that gap in soul as well as calories. I know this is getting back to you a bit late so I wonder what you chose to have.0
