no hand weights, what can I use?

Hi I did day 2 today and I don't have any hand weights [yet!] what can I use instead? Any recommendations?
I still felt the burn though :happy:

    Water bottle filled with sand or sugar..

    Regardless, you are doing compound moves, and as long as you give it your all you will get results.

    i use soup cans at work or at home look around for something comfortable to hold.. i have even used shampoo bottles.. really like the water bottle idea..

    YES...weights are the key to any workout, even if it is combined with cardio. It will help burn fat longer, and increase metabolism, while helping define muscles.

    oh :( my bad ! i don't have weights but what should i use then? Can? is there anything else?
