im logging 5,092 calories ... i havent lost 1 pound because my diet has been so crappy

    well you mite of not lost any fat but i am sure you gained some muscle, the good think about working out is not for weight loss but rather to get stronger, the more you move the stronger you become, and once you are stronger you will be able to do more,
    if you change up your diet a bit just by 100calores and cutting out simple sugars ,then i am sure you will see a change, sometimes we can retain water with to much sugar,
    OK i have to say you are doing an fantastic job!
    lets start a new challenge next week,

    today was a great workout day. burned 1325 calories,
    tomorrow i am not going to workout as hard. i fear my calories will be low on my calories burn,
    burned so far 5026
