Navigating MFP

I've been on IP since January, but just started with MFP this week. I think it's going to be a great tool for me, but I'm still feeling my way around. Is there a way I can adjust my daily targets (or at least total daily calories) other than by adjusting my goal weight?

    I just joined this group. I don't know if your question has been answered yet on another board. You can adjust all of your settings. If you are on the "My Home" page, select the "Goals" tab. At the bottom of the text, click on the box that says "Change Goals", then select "Custom Goals". The next page will let you customize everything yourself. If the program doesn't agree with something you have set, it will give you a warning, but it still lets you change it. I currently have mine set from when I did my HCG diet and it shows only 600 calories for the day.
