so what are the rules for the new group you are starting ?0 -
no new group just fitness for beginners i hope i can help people with there fitness goal. so starting with 250 burn per day for 14 days you could lose 1lbs, but you should be careful with salt and sugar, but at least 8glasses of water. and by the 14day you can lose 1 lbs.
the more you lose the more you can move,0 -
today is my off day, slept in late so thats why my food 3 is so low...
